Overview
Mnemba is a private island ringed by one of the healthiest reefs in Zanzibar. The water here is famously clear and shallow, making it perfect for both first-time snorkelers and confident swimmers.
Spinner and bottlenose dolphins pass through the channel most mornings, and green turtles are often spotted grazing on the sea grass.
Highlights
- Two guided snorkeling sessions on the Mnemba reef
- Very high chance of dolphins on the boat crossing
