Zanzibar is the Spice Island, and this tour walks you through a working farm where cloves, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper and nutmeg grow.
Your guide lets you taste and smell everything straight from the plant, explains how each spice is harvested and used in Swahili cooking — and lunch with fruit tasting finishes the visit.
